Two Solvang City Council candidates locked in dead heat
The race for a second Solvang City Council seat is literally as tight as it gets; they are tied!
Karen Waite and Hans Duus both received 1127 votes. While there are still absentee votes to be counted, KCOY 12 has learned the City has no plan in place should the race end in a tie.
