New Noise festival promotes artists and musicians
The nonprofit New Noise will wrap up a weekend block party in Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone on Sunday.
Festival fans enjoyed live music on outdoor stages.
Sunday’s lineup includes Mad Caddies, The Expanders, The Upbeat, and Spencer The Gardner.
