Camarillo Premium Outlets robbed

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help locating two suspects who allegedly robbed a retail store at the Camarillo Premium Outlets on Monday afternoon.

Investigators say On Oct. 17, the two men, described to be between 25-35 years of age, entered the store and stole several things. They were then contacted by a security guard, who was able to detain one of the suspects.

Authorities say the second suspect then went to a nearby parked car to get a pair of bolt cutters, while the first suspect was fighting the security guard.

The second suspect returned and swung the bolt cutters at the security guard and demanded the first suspect be released, according to law enforcement officials. The security guard backed off fearing he would struck by the bolt cutters.

Both men fled the area in a silver-colored Suzuki Forenza.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department released photos of the two suspects and their vehicle hoping the public can identify the men and their whereabouts. Anyone with any information about this case is asked to call Camarillo Det. Brent Miller at 805-388-5116.
