“Petal it Forward” campaign comes to Santa Barbara
It’s all about flower power today.
From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. local florist Florabundance along with volunteers from the Dream Foundation will be handing out two bouquets of flowers to anyone who stops by De la Guerra Plaza.
The event is a campaign to encourage random acts of kindness and to “Petal it Forward.”
The national “Petal it Forward” campaign works like this: you receive two bouquets of flowers, you keep one and then you give one to a friend or stranger, passing on a kind gesture…a random act of kindness.
