Home and vehicles vandalized in Ventura

Police are looking for a those responsible for multiple vehicle and residential vandalism in Ventura.

The break-ins happened Sunday night in the following areas: the 1900 block of Montgomery Avenue, 200 block of South Joanne Avenue, 100 block of College Drive, 2800 block of Harbor Boulevard, and the 4900 block of Thille Street.

Police said a total of six vehicles and one home was hit. In each case the suspect used what appeared to be a BB gun or other similar type of device to shoot out the windows of the vehicles/home, to gain entrance. Police have not said anything was taken, just vandalized. And no suspect or suspects are in custody.

Police feel there may be more vandalism that have not be found and or reported to them yet. If you feel you are a victim of vandalism call the VPD Command Center at 805-650-8010.
