Juvenile struck by vehicle in Ventura
A juvenile male was taken to a local hospital on Saturday after he was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Telephone Road and Montgomery Avenue.
According to a press release from the Ventura Police Department, at around 10 a.m. Saturday officers responded to the scene of the crash and located a unresponsive male juvenile.
It was determined that the male juvenile was struck by a vehicle that was turning onto Telephone Road from Montgomery Road.
The driver, identified as another male juvenile, cooperated with officers on scene.
The pedestrian was transported to Ventura County Medical Center and was later transferred to Northridge Medical Center.
His condition is unclear at this time.
