Five people taken to hospital following single vehicle rollover crash
Five people were taken to a Santa Barbara area hospital after a single vehicle rollover crash near US 101 on the El Capitan on-ramp.
Four adolescent children were passengers in the vehicle. Three of the children were ejected.
According to Santa Barbara County Fire Captain Dave Zaniboni, two children under the age of 10 and the adult driver of the vehicle complained of serious injuries.
The two other passengers suffered moderate and mild injuries.
All five of the occupants were taken to Cottage hospital via AMR.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
