KCOY Temporarily Off Air While Crews Do Maintenance Work to Broadcast Tower

KCOY 12 is temporarily off the air to allow maintenance crews to make needed improvements to its broadcast tower on Tepusquet Peak, in Santa Barbara County.

Part of this FCC-required maintenance includes a fresh coat of paint. For the safety of the crew working on the tower today, our engineers had to power down the transmitter.

KCOY 12’s transmitter will be off air until the work is completed today. We apologize for the inconvenience.
