Santa Barbara Foresters Return with National Championship Trophy
The Santa Barbara Foresters returned from Wichita, Kanas with their latest treasure, a record-tying sixth National Championship Trophy.
Less than 48 hours after winning the National Baseball Congress World Series against Hays Lark 6-2, The Foresters bus pulled into Carpinteria.
Most of the players were dropped off across the country but manager Bill Pintard and rookie Colby Barrick talked about winning the title after they got off the bus.
