Oxnard Police Request Public’s Help in Homicide Case

The Oxnard Police Department is asking for the public’s help in catching the killer(s) of 19-year-old Oxnard resident Robert Paul Sarles.

Investigators say that Sarles was shot repeatedly as he walked through Lemonwood Park on the evening of July 15, 2015. Investigators have yet to determine a motive for the senseless attack.

The Oxnard Police Department believes there are people in the community that have information that can assist detectives in identifying the suspect(s) in this case.

Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Oxnard Police Department at 805-385-7760. Police say the public can place an anonymous call if they wish but ask they provide any information they have pertaining to this murder.

The City of Oxnard offers a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect(s) in homicide cases.
