Santa Barbara Realtors Start the Week with a Fiesta Kickoff
The Santa Barbara Association of Realtors got the jump on Fiesta with an Old Spanish Days party in their back lot Monday night. It drew an estimated crowd of 400.
Officially Fiesta starts Wednesday with the opening of the two mercados and Fiesta Pequena at the Old Mission.
The realtors annual have a gathering with industry professionals. This year the event was open to the public as well.
Food was provided by the El Zarape restaurant on the Santa Barbara Westside. Plates of hand tacos, rice, beans, fruit and churros were at every table.
Dancing was on going to the music of Spencer the Gardener, an acclaimed local band with annual Fiesta tunes that will be heard in several city venues this week.
