Thieves Steal 35 Computers from Goleta Summer Camp

35 computers were stolen from a summer camp located inside Goleta Presbyterian Church after someone broke into the building this week.

The computers were a big part of a summer camp program for many children.

“Oh my gosh, our children. All I can think of is we’ve got kids coming here in an hour and a half. You know what are we going to do? They’re enrolled in Minecraft Camp,” said Onolee Zwicke, director of Art Explorers and Terrific Scientific Summer Camp.

Zwicke says the community has outpoured their support. The summer camp will continue, but needs help.

If you have a old working laptop, you can help donate to the students.
