At Least One Person Killed in Car Crash Near Ojai
Emergency personnel and Law enforcement officials are on scene of a deadly crash that killed at least one person, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident website.
It appears two vehicles were involved, and according to CHP, one of those cars caught on fire.
At least one person was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The crash occurred at about 6 p.m. Friday near the area of state Route 150 and Old Baldwin Road. CHP is reporting that Caltrans is shutting down both sides of the roadway at the crash site.
It’s not known how long the road closure is expected to last.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
