Viva Modern Mexican Cuisine Opens in Well Known Santa Barbara Site
Viva Modern Mexican cuisine has opened in the La Arcada court in Santa Barbara.
The site has been known for restaurants and entertainment businesses for years. It also has a well known and often photographed fountain with popular turtles swimming and basking in the sun daily.
The menu features a wide variety of classic and custom dishes, flatbreads, afternoon and late night happy hour items, and a full bar.
The site is down a walkway off State Street and Figueroa.
It has a large inside and outside dining area and room for special events.
The owners already say they have plans for exciting Old Spanish Days Fiesta events in early August.
Music will be scheduled regularly.
