Man Accused of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Wanted by Sheriff’s Office
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is asking citizens who encounter or see Todd Kadell (pictured above), call police immediately.
The Sheriff’s Office says Kadell is wanted on a $220,000 felony warrant charging him with assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, and battery with serious injury.
He is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say Kadell is known to frequent the Santa Barbara Area.
Anyone with information on Kadell’s whereabouts is asked to call the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Felony Fugitive Unit at 805-681-4142.
