Police Look for Fatal Hit and Run Driver

Police are looking for the driver in a fatal hit and run accident in Ventura.

It happened around 3:00 a.m. Monday morning at the intersection of Blackburn Road and Tracy Place. Officers said when they arrived there was a male victim in the roadway. The victim died from his injuries on scene, according to police.

The victim’s name has not been released. The investigation is ongoing. Blackburn road is shutdown between Wells Road and Saticoy Avenue for the next several hours.
