Plane Crash In Orchard Kills Two Near Santa Paula
Ventura County Fire Capt. Mike Lindbery confirmed that two people died in a small place crash near Santa Paula on Saturday.
It happened shortly after 3 p.m. off Aliso Canyon between Ventura and Santa Paula city limits.
Firefighters found two people dead.
They said they found the plane in flames.
Investigators say the home built plane showed signs of distress before hitting some power lines.
The identifies of the two people killed have not been released.
The closest airport to the crash is in Santa Paula.
