Armed Robbery Reported at Isla Vista Residence

Authorities are investigating a reported armed robbery that occurred in Isla Vista at a home in the area of Madrid and Camino Pescadero Monday afternoon.

The victim told police that at about 4 p.m., two men and one woman threatened the victim with a baseball bat. They then took property belonging to the victim. It’s not clear exactly what was stolen.

Police arrested the female suspect but the two male suspects are still at large. They are described as a Black male adult, and a Hispanic male adult.

Officials did not release further details. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crime.
