Local Business Gets National Attention on ‘The Daily Show’

VIDEO: Local Business Gets National Attention on ‘The Daily Show’

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Santa Barbara based Tri-County Auto Glass is reaping the rewards of being mentioned on Thursday nights episode of “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central.

The fix-any-type of vehicle-glass company was mentioned in a several minute long bit by ‘Daily Show’ host Jon Stewart. Stewart explained that an article written by Politico incorrectly identified the shows executive producer as Scott Budow. And then pointed out the real Scott Budow is a manager at Tri-County Auto Glass in Santa Barbara.

Hilarity ensued.

The owner of Tri-County Auto Glass, James Budow (Scott’s brother), is enjoying all the phone calls and texts supporting his business.

Tri-County Auto Glass is located at 525 Anacapa Street in downtown Santa Barbara.
