Start Something BIG This Month By Being A Mentor

January is National Mentoring Month!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Barbara County is kicking off their annual Start Something Big campaign where the agency hopes to recruit 30 mentors and 30 sponsors in the next 30 days.

There are nearly a hundred children throughout the county ready to meet a big brother or sister.

The program offers adult mentoring relationships for at risk youth ages seven to 18.

There will be a Campaign Kickoff party today, January 6 from 3-4pm at the offices of Family Service Agency, 123 West Gutierrez Street in Santa Barbara.

“Bigs” and “Littles” will be in attendance so you can learn about the experience first hand.
