Dons Move to 8-0 in Girls Basketball

For the first time in five games, Amber Melgoza did not score over 30 points but her 27 against Camarillo helped Santa Barbara win their home opener 54-40.

Jada Howard scored 10 points and had a team-high 12 rebounds.

The Dons are now 8-0 and will take on Hanford at 6 on Friday in day one of Santa Barbara’s Tournament of Champions.
