Rain Doesn’t Put A Damper On Holiday Outings
Members of Santa Barbara Youth Life waited on State Street for their rides home after their annual holiday party Monday night. They didn’t bother with umbrellas-since the rain was light.
Holiday shoppers ventured out too.
Gwen Erskine made the trip to Santa Barbara from Paso Robles to shop for her five children.
Erskine had several shopping bags in each hand.
