Paso Robles Gets CIF State Regional Bid

After celebrating a CIF Southern Section Northern Division on Friday, Paso Robles will be back on the practice field on Monday. The Bearcats earned a CIF Regional Football Championship Bowl Game invitation and will play at El Capitan in Lakeside on Saturday at 7:30. The winner of this game will play for a CIF State Division III title the following week.

Paso Robles beat Newbury Park 13-10 to win their first CIF crown since 2000. They are 13-1 and ranked #18 in the state. The El Capitan Vaqueros are 13-0 and ranked #16 in the state. Lakeside is near San Diego.
