Nipomo DUI Crash Under Investigation
It’s another reminder of the dangers of driving under the influence.
California Highway Patrol responded to a crash in Nipomo shortly before midnight Thursday.
Officers said the driver of a pickup truck was trying to turn left onto a major intersection when he lost control and slammed into a parked car.
The impact sent the truck flying on top of the hit car which then hit another parked car. Authorities said no one was hurt.
The young man driving the truck was arrested at the scene for suspicion of DUI.
