Motorcyclist Crash Closes Portion Of Calle Real
Officers are investigating a motorcycle accident in Santa Barbara.
Authorities said a motorcyclist crashed and was thrown from the bike. Medical crews were called to the scene but officials have not released any information whether the person sustained any injuries.
The incident happened just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 4200 block of Calle Real near Old Mill Road.
California Highway Patrol shut down the eastbound lanes of Calle Real at Highway 154. Roads were also blocked at El Sueno Road and Calle Real.
Santa Barbara police officers are looking into the cause of the accident.
