Willow Springs Apartment Expansion Helps Meet Community Needs

One of Goleta’s apartment communities just got a makeover. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday at Willow Springs to celebrate the grand opening of the community’s new space.

The Towbes group unveiled an all-new clubhouse, a second pool, multiple spas, an enlarged playground area. The property also added dozens of units and 360 additional units in the next couple years. Fourty-seven of the units are affortable housing spaces.
