Boochies Serves up Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Organic Meals in New Santa Barbara Location

There’s a new choice for a healthy meal in downtown Santa Barbara with the opening of Boochies.

It’s at 113 W. De La Guerra just a few steps from Chapala St.

Owner Rebekah Winquest says she has been preparing vegetarian, organic, raw, and custom meals for 20 years. Winquest is a nutritionist and a food “artisan.”

Boochies menu features wraps, pizza, veggie burgers, tabouli salad, matcha lattes, fresh juice blends, and gluten free desserts.

“I wanted to do something that shows how we live at home. Everything is vegetable based, and we use
goat dairy since it is easier to digest and my own nut flower. My muffins are almond and chia and coconut flower. I toss it with coconut cream which is very creative,” said Winquest.

Boochies also offers workplace catering, private catering, custom cleanses and soon some small personal classes.
