Man Arrested For Three Felony Counts

Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on wanted for three felony violations on Thursday.

The officers searched for the suspect on the 1300 block of Bottle Brush Place in Oxnard. When they spotted him shots were exchanged between the officers and suspect.

The man then fled in a vehicle which crashed into a wall on the corner of Bottle-Brush and Ventura Road. The suspect took off on foot, but deputies were able to catch up and arrest him.

After being checked out at a local hospital, the suspect was booked for his three outstanding warrants, as well as charges stemming from the incident.
