Big gas discount after NASCAR win

A big NASCAR victory by a young driver means a savings at the pump today for some Shell customers.

When Joey Logano crossed the finish line at the Michigan International Speedway in the number 22 car, it triggered a promotion by his primary sponsor, Shell.

They call today “WINsday” instead of Wednesday. All customers with a Shell credit card get a .22 a gallon discount.

For most drivers that will be a very cheap fill up, but there is a limit of 25 gallons per driver for this promotion.
