Holiday parade grand marshal announced

The Santa Barbara Downtown Organization’s Annual Art & Wine Tour announced the grand marshal for this year’s holiday parade.

Emmy Award-winning actor and Santa Barbara resident Michael Imperioli has been chosen to be year’s celebrity grand marshal.

The theme for the parade is Holidays in Paradise. Thursday’s event featured local wines and food samplings from downtown restaurants.

Proceeds from the silent auction go towards funding for the parade.

The 61st Annual Downtown Holiday Parade will be held Dec. 6.
