Can you help identify this man?
Arizona authorities need the public’s help to identify a man who has been a patient at the University of Arizona Medical Center since May 2, 2013.
Hospital officials said the unidentified man suffered a stroke. They believe he his Ernesto Lucero Cruz Espinoza. However, he is unable to communicate clearly. Officials believe he is Hispanic and in his late 70s. They also suspect he is originally from East Los Angeles or Oxnard and has family in those areas.
