Santa Barbara Zoo introduces new show “Dino Doc”

Santa Barbara Zoo’s two new residents are getting a lot of attention. A 16-foot duckbill dinosaur named Lilly and a baby triceratops are joining a new live stage show called “Dino Doc.”

The show is about veterinarian care at the zoo. Children from the audience will be able to learn how the animals are treated. They’ll even be able to go on stage and examine the dinosaurs, checking their heart, ears and eyes.

The show launches Friday May 10th for members only and Saturday May 11th for the public. It will run weekly until June 8th when it will become a daily show.
