Santa Barbara Harbor Cleanup

Today Santa Barbara Harbor Waterfront staff as well as volunteers rolled up their sleeves to cleanupthe harbor. Organizers say the seventh annual Operation Clean Sweep brought out a record number of volunteers.

Harbor Operations says the cleanup effort continues–next weeka contractor is set to remove a sunken aqua culture facility.

All told it’sestimated Operation Clean Sweep 2013will net a little more than a ton of debris.
