Mack expected to return to Ventura County
Jon Mack won seven CIF Southern Section titles as head football coach at St. Bonaventure in Ventura. He could never duplicate that on-field success at Crespi and he resigned after three seasons with the Celts.
Mack is expected to take an administrative position at Santa Clara High School in Oxnard where he may end up as an assistant principal. It would be surprising if he did not take an active role with the Saints football program.
