Cold snap, wind blows through Tri-Counties
It took until March but it feels like winter has finally arrived.
Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties have seen beautiful skies, pouring rain, snow in the mountains and now a cold snap that brought windy conditions along with it.
Temperatures in downtown Santa Barbara dipped down to 51 degrees and other parts of the Tri-Counties dropped to the mid to high 40’s.
The mixed bag of weather has everyone bundling up.
