Sex toys, lingerie and money stolen during adult store burglary

Ventura Police are trying to find out who broke into an adult lingerie and gift store.

The owners of Diva the Passion Boutique think the burglar or burglars were after more than money.

In addition to finding only coins left in the cash drawer, they found pink lingerie, edible bras and sex toys missing.

Most of the stolen items were the kind of things mentioned in the best selling erotic romance novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

Beth and Dan Santillano says they are missing a paddle and restraint kits that were on a display by the book.

Police are still trying to determine the amount of money and the value of the items taken from the store on the 4500 block of Telegraph Road

The owners boarded up the door that had been left open during the crime.

Despite the crime, they want their customers to know they are open for business.
