New Jersey governor visits Santa Barbara

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie visited Santa Barbara on Tuesday, according to NewsChannel 3 sources.

Governor Christie was in town for a fundraiser on the 200 block of West Montecito Street. The event cost $3,800 to participate in the social gathering.

The governor received a bottle of wine from an outspoken fan as he walked into the event. No word yet how long he will be in Santa Barbara.
