Black History Month celebrated by county leaders
The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors has recognized February as Black History Month.
The proclamation was read at this morning’s meeting.
Civil rights leaders and a UC Santa Barbara educator were on hand to receive the presentation and invite the community to events taking place throughout the month.
