There may be a third victim of Wednesday’s violent night in Oxnard.

The Ventura County medical examiner now says that 22-year-old Adriana Davalos was in her third trimester of pregnancy.

Davalos and her 51-year-old mother, Lucila Davalos, both died from gunshot wounds to the back.

The gunman, 54-year-old Guido Morales Beteta, shot himself in the head.

Neighbors say he may have been upset that the baby girl Adriana Davalos was expecting was not his child.

Police are trying to determine whether Beteta fathered her other children.

The girls, who are ages 1 and 3 years old, are now in protective custody.
