FIllmore Family Molestation Case

Ventura County prosecutors say three members of the same Fillmore family are now serving time for the continuous sexual molestation of young female relatives.A judge sentenced 24 year old Oscar Cervantes to 49 years to life this week for molesting three girl between the ages of 5 and 15.Investigators say it happened between 2002 and 2007.Cervantes’ 48 year old father was also sentenced to 60 years to life for molesting the same relatives at difference times.Cervantes older brother received a three year sentence for a single count.Prosecutors hope the sentences will serve as a deterrent.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
