Moorpark Man Arrested for Allegedly Practicing Dentistry without a License
A Moorpark man is being accused of practicing dentistry without a license. A Ventura County Sheriff’s official says 40-year old William Escobar treated numerous people for dental problems in a bathroom in his apartment. Authorities investigated Escobar after a patient complained to police that he allegedly made threats over nonpayment of a bill for a cleaning and examination.
