Gil Scores 28 As Dons Open Up TOC With Close Win Over Seraphs

Ivette Gil scored a game-high 28 points as Santa Barbara High School edged St. Bonaventure 61-58 in day one action of the Tournament of Champions in girls basketball.The Dons led by double-digits for a good portion of the game but the Seraphs closed the gap to make it interesting. The tournament runs through Saturday.
