Wigout Bandit Wanted

The search is on for the so called “Wigout Bandit.The FBI gave that name to a banker robber caught on tape wearing a variety of wigs under hats.The Wigout Bandit used a note to demand cash at two banks in Ventura and one in Oxnard this month.
