Tuesday, May 29th is the last day for registered voters to request a vote-by-mail ballot for the June fifth primary election. With one week to go, this will give election workers time to process your request and get a ballot back to you in time to vote. If you still want to vote prior to election day, you can go anytime until election day to a local election office and vote right there on the spot. In Santa Barbara County, more than half of registered voters have requested a vote-by-mail ballot for the upcoming election.
