Update: Woman Caught on Video Taking Wallet

The woman who police say was captured on video taking a lost wallet from a checkout counter at a Santa Barbara store turned herself in Tuesday.On June 29th, the woman in the images was captured on surveillance cameras taking a wallet that police say was left behind by another customer.
