Susan Bridges Honored as Mother of the Year

Philanthropist Susan Bridges, a Montecito resident, has been honored as Mother of the Year at the Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice Care’s 11th Annual Mother’s Day Luncheon. The event was held at the Biltmore Hotel’s Coral Casino. More than 300 guests attended.Bridges was escorted by her husband, Oscar winner Jeff, and her three daughters Isabelle Boesch, Hayley Bridges, and Jessie Bridges.Each daughter gave a short speech on the many reasons they loved their mother. They also sang a whimsical song about her.
