Santa Paula Police Chief Folo
The City of Santa Paula is keeping quite about the Police Chief placed on paid administrative leave two weeks ago.But the City Manager recenlty released records that show that Chief Steve MacKinnon charged nearly three thousand dollars in personal gasoline to the city.The gas may have helped pay for a drive to Arizona where the chief reportedly declined a job offer.The Santa Paula Times says the chief’s contract allowed him the use of a city car but does not mention the use of a gas card.Santa Paula City officials could not be reached for comment.
