Lunn Completes CERA Training
Ventura County’s top election official has a new title.Mark Lunn is now a “Certified Elections Registration Administrator.”Lunn traveled back and forth to Auburn University in Alabama to complete the two year CERA course.Co workers say Lunn is determined to learn everything he can about the Democratic process.This week Lunn is at a registrars conference in Placer County.About three percent of the nations elections officials have the CERA certification.
