The community of Thousand Oaks is mourning after learning that two children of a former resident were stabbed to death in New York City.According to published reports, Kevin Krim was a star football player at Thousand Oaks High School. On Thursday, Krim was away on a business trip when his wife, Marina, found their 6-year-old daughter, Lucia, and 2-year-old son, Leo, stabbed to death in their Central Park apartment. The couple’s middle child, Nessie, was not harmed.The family’s nanny, Yoselyn Ortega, was lying on the bathroom floor with self-inflicted stab wounds. Police arrested the nanny, who remained hospitalized in critical condition. Kevin Krim is an executive at CNBC. His father, William Krim, reportedly lives in Camarillo.
