Donations Needed to Help Restore Hearing for Children

Local donations are being sought to help two children, battling cancer, who need special hearing aids.The children have lost their hearing due to chemotherapy treatment. One child is 11-year-old Jasmin Castro.Santa Barbara police officers and firefighters have begun collecting donations to help fly the children to a special center in Minneapolis where hearing aids can be custom made for their needs.Sgt.
